Daily driver

I'm looking for something fun as a DD. I'm considering a Aston Vantage 06
or an 09 GT-R or perhaps the Benz CLS63. With the market soft all 3 cars can be had in the 60's. Thoughts? DD for me is 800-900 miles a month. My current dd is an E55 and the weekend car is Lambo Gallardo spider.

personally id grab the aston for a dd.
its classier than the gtr, and more unique than the benz.

3 fairly different cars though....im sure the choice is easier after driving all 3 back to back.

Dd

Depends on what you want/need in a DD. GT-R is a bit less refined than the other two but faster and a better handling car also, it's more on edge and fun (if you know what it's doing). Coming from a GT2 and 3, I like my GT-R more than I thought I would and am surprised in it's DD abilities. Of the other 2, the Benz is the more solid, reliable DD while the Aston is the more stylish GT, both are more comfortable rides than the GT-R.

I'd try to find a good deal on a CLK63 black series. I saw a 12k mi. car go for $69k maybe a month ago! Quite possibly my next DD as well. However was looking at the vantage's also. My current DD is an E55 also. Gonna be hard to beat the bang for the buck on that one!

Keep in mind the Astons are built about as well as an 80's era Jaguar. Had a DB9 vert and the random creaking after only a month was maddening.

All 3 cars are nice and would be great DD. I would look at which one would have the best resale and which one you would be ok with getting beat up. Everyone knows no matter where you park some idiot is going to ding it. My .02 Good luck finding the right one.

As much as I love the performance of the GT-R it looks like I'm going with the CLS63. Ido have a hard time adjusting to the looks of the GT-R it just reminds me of to many cars put together.

The E55 is an awesome car!! BUt the gtr doesnt look really as a daily driver or the aston. CLS63 would be comfortable daily driver.

Aston or the GTR would be the best options. I'm on the fence though, but somewhat leaning towards the Aston.

I would go with the Aston, very classy, smooth, comfortable and fun.
