The gearbox still has issues, as it is the same transmission from 2009, but this time the "launch" rpm has been lowered. Issues dealing with this is almost a non-issue.

So using the new lower rpm launch control will no longer void the warranty on 2010 cars, correct?

yews but also the 2009 is the same...nissan stated that u DO NOT turn traction control off when useing launch control...the difference in the 2010 model is that they reset the ecu for lower rpm launches (less stress on the transmission) which makes a faster 0-60 time...this explains it sumwhat...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w1bHGaV-Lvw
