It's a shame that you had to go through that much trouble to make a dealership do the right thing. People have to deal with unethical dealerships all the time. If everyone would do what you did maybe things would get better.

That dealer definitely messed with a wrong guy. You had the will to take it through the end and good job.

I hope the dealer dont go low blow by doing something to the GTR before your pick up.

Good for you OP, but I honestly dont see why you made such a HUGE fuss about this.. you literally spent every f*cking second you could to get a high mileage GT-R $4k below what the dealership was asking. Dont get me wrong, what they did was wrong and they should honor their auction but what the OP did sounds pretty psycho to me lol

 

Someone needs to stick up for themselves or everyone will just balk on price and say tough ****...

 

Because, like most of us, the OP is sick of people having zero accountability for what they say or do. If you advertise a car at a price, sell it at that price. End of story.
