Man, you do spend a lot of time on 6.

I know you are not Miller, it was poor sentence placement on my part.

G's are ok; too much power-lost and noise to be great. The main reason I want to sell it is because I can't get it to "squat and carve" during technical corning the way my Z4 did. The cost to get the G, near to the Z4, is not worth it, however; on the highway, the G is a perfect car!!

The main twister for my move is that I am currently a student; the G has parts ready to be put on (bbs ch + ss kit) and it gets me where I need to go but the 540i is financially acceptable performance and cost wise.

I will be staying at the Sheraton for Monday night. I have a dinner conference at the franklin institute museum until about 10pm. I was thinking of finding a good bar or pub to chill at for the rest of the evening. perhaps some chill place to finish off Monday nite foosball.... thx!

Sheraton University City? If so...hmmm...not the greatest area (lotsa college kids). But take a cab to Rittenhouse Square. My fav bar/pub/place to catch a football game is Barristers. Its one block off the square and has great "bar food" and plenty of plasmas. Good local crowd for MNF too.

If you want something bigger/more people/more girls/louder/etc try the Irish Pub on 20th and Walnut (about 3 blocks from Barristers). They will be sure to have a decent crowd for a Monday night.

When I'm in Philly, can we go to all the bars, and I can introduce you as PHILLY'S MOST WANTED?

If you say yes, I'll call the cops and say you're PHILLY'S MOST WANTED... it'd be fun!

Man, your usually funny but that was just plain GAY. Not one bit of funny in that post. Maybe you need a good nights rest or something Bimbo???

FWIW, Phillys Most Wanted is actually a rap group...so you might not be able to trick anyone into thinking that is me

Joe,
Belated congrats to the group online. (Glad you found the site.) I'm the gent with the 993TT. Kevin calls it "maroon", but you must forgive him as he's an architect... and we all know that those folks aren't good with colors (That's why he sticks with ALL black cars!) Porsche calls it "Amethyst". Some dealers have called it "Aubergine" (an older Porsche color from the '70s). The Florida DMV just called it "Purple". It's all good.

You should bring by your GNX sometime, Joe. It'd be a scene.

DAVID

Hey David,

Good to see you. Bad news on the GNX...gone. Its actually a good thing. My partner bought me out of the car and I ended up with the motor. We installed it in my GN (other car) which is a lot nicer. GNX was banged up a bit/kinda rough. Anyhow, it will be done this week. Going there 2nite I'll shoot some pics and send them over. Looks cool.
