Hey David, Kevin, and All
The weather is not looking so good for this weekend. I missed you guys at Starbucks last Saturday, got stuck at home. Hope it was good. Looks like I might miss this Saturday as well. (told the wife...NO MORE SATURDAYs, mine, mine, mine) Come to think of it, I don't think that I have driven the car since the last time I went to Starbucks. sucks.

Yep. Bumming on the weather. Maybe we should start a Defender 90 club as well? P-cars/Bimmers/Ferraris/etc. on fine weather days and D90s on the crappy days? The more banged up and dirty those aluminum panels get the better they look IMHO.

I'm in as well. Filthy Lexus is250 AWD. Maybe the rain will clean it off on the ride down

And 8:30 it is. IF THE WEATHER REALLY SUCKS (READ: DOWNPOUR, GALE FORCE WINDS, ETC.) LET'S MEET *INSIDE* THE STARBUCKS.

We were there! And, I forgot my camera. Next outing is to the shooting range. Joey has never shot a gun. Who else is in?

Yep. The "Inaugural Assembly of the Daily Drivers" occured on this great (rainy) day, October 27, 2007. Those three brave souls who weathered the rain and puddles (read: Drew = wimp ) included Kevin, Joey, and yours truly. Vehicles in attendance included a quad cab pick-up (Kevin's so anyone care to guess on color? ), BMW coupe', and Lexus is250.

In for the shooting range. Gun rental $10. Ammo purchase $60. Safety glasses/headset rental $15. Ear plugs $1. Look on Joey's face when Kevin suggested that we hit the range --- PRICELESS. (Seriously, Drew, it was worth the crappy weather and biblical flooding just to see the twerp's reaction.)

Just say "no" to water spotting! Peace out.
