I will say that Josh did come over to my house after the drive and cleaned his car. He spent awhile in my garage with the polisher working on some of the troubled areas.

I think this is a great idea. Bruce, I like your thoughts. I was just spewing out a few impressions I got from a trip to the Irvine event.

I do think there is some benefit in having a "season" and I think there is even more benefit to have it every weekend.

Maybe we could set up a simple website? I am thinking, directions to the location, time, some pictures/video and maybe some sound.

obviously there is some development over time that must occur to get to this point.

I suggested something about an organized event on F-chat as well. Hoping to spark possibly more cars. Last weekend about 8 guys from F-chat met up for coffee on Saturday morning. If every weekend it gets bigger then every weekend the word spreads.

If it doesn't spread south sometimes I won't be attending too many. Fuel is very expensive you know.

 

You know ya gotta save up for soap...

 

Mark, I really feel for you bud. Perhaps we can all chip-in and help Mark & the Environment.

 

He doesn't even wash his cars since he is worried about the cost of water.

 

If not for Brown Bear and Steve those cars would have only been washed once, and that time he used Dawn dish washing detergent to wash them.

 

it all comes down to the little fishies in the sea and how i would hate for the soap Josh mentioned going down the wrong drain and straining the wildlife near my home.

 

you are a real environmentalist Mark....Big trucks, many sports cars, old SB (small block) Chevy's and boats all running off old dinosaurs and you are worried about that little piece of soap. I think if we ask someone else SHE may just call you cheap....
