We will still most likely end up staying local, but perhaps will go to Vancouver or Portland for the weekend. Any recommendations on local restaurants and things to do? How about for Vancouver and Portland? We are going to Phoenix and San Diego at the end of the month to celebrate but want to make this weekend special as well. Hope to get some good ideas, so be sure to share some thoughts!

Well where did you take her? How did the day go?
Inquiring minds want to know

Well we woke up at 7am and headed out to the salish lodge. Sat in the hot tubs and sauna for around 30 min and then did the 50 min massage...half swedish half hot stone. The hot stone is incredible and we both loved it. Afterwards we went to cafe pirouette in downtown bellevue and had an amazing egg white omellette with spinach, mushrooms, and cheese in it along with a fruit crepe. Then we went and had photos taken at a photographer, chilled at home for a few hours and went out to dinner. She felt like Stanford's so we ended up going there. Then we went to O'Asian for lychee martinis and then to her sisters to hang out a bit. Finally all of us went to Belltown for some drinks. We were so tired from the long day and ended up going home around 12:15.

Benn quite a bit of talk about Sushi on this thread.

Best sushi restaurant I've found so far in this state is "Tuna House" in Bellevue (148th Ave/ Main St.). Not the best in terms of ambiance for a date, but superb fresh fish and great dishes.
