I hear that you have to have "Perdy Mouth" in your vocabulary to own one of these.

SlowMotion is infamous around these parts
I had one of these... mine was an 02.... I had the new one also, an 07.... The 02 was more fun to drive... more attitude... fun fun fun evil car with a set of pipes and headers... cheap mods... etc... The new z06 has too much electronic crap in it.

I agree with slowmotion, that car is a lot of fun. I had the '01 Z06 and it looked exactly like this one except had the red inserts interior. good luck with the sale

Got to love how American cars hold value!
Three cars tie for the highest residual value over 5 years. The 911, the Corvette, and the Mini Cooper, all at 52%. This is according to Consumer Reports Online.
The Civic comes in 4th at 50%.

A good 2001 E46 M3 should sell from 27-30ish and was sold originally for low to mid 50's.

The VW R32's haven't really depreciated much at all since they were released in 2002, they sold for low 30's and still sell for mid 20's (6 years later)

Where are you getting your statistics?
