993 locals, what suspension you got?

Found out one of my rear shocks is starting to leak, so on goes a new set!

But what to get? Right now, I have M030 Euro shocks & springs.

My thought was PSS10's, H&R, or just pick up some new rear shocks. But I do want to raise up the car like 1/8in.

If I get some coil overs, I can take the springs, & put them on the other 993!

I would like your thoughts, & maybe a little test drive. This car is going to be 85% street & hopefully 15% track

JIC Cross coilovers with H&R sway bars. The car is so solid through corners.

Yea, but how is it on the bumpy roads? Still need some comfort.

What spring rates? What level of shocks?

I have PSS9 it's way too soft for me. I'll try the new JRZ this summer.

I drive the car all the time. The ride is not that bad. I can't remember the spring rates they used when they were installed. I have them set at about 6 or 7. When I go down to 1, they loosen up. The 19s on the car really don't help things either. But it's all good. I could drive the car everyday the way it is setup.

That comment is so wrong, yet such a good description of my car.

If this is for your daily driver, why not order a set of Bilstein HD shocks and call it a day? These work well with ROW M030 springs (I had this setup on my 993 C2S).

David, I would like a ride some time!

Vince, when are you planning on doing the swap? I would also like a ride in your car.

Algae, I already have M030 springs, it's not my DD, I got a 95 C4 for that.

I can take a stiff car, it's the GF that has a hard time with it, like I said, it will hopefully be on track about 5-10 days a year. I like the stock stuff a lot, but hate that the rear is hight adjustable.
