Wheel seized onto hub - need a referral

I was in the process of removing one of my rear wheels and I noticed that it had seized onto the hub. No amount of smacking/pulling/swearing seemed to help. Can anyone recommend a good (i.e. use to dealing with high end cars) tire/wheel shop that can get the sucker off and repair a flat tire? I'm reluctant to bring my car to the neighborhood Discount Tire/Les Schwab because I've seen the way they treat my other cars.

Thanks.

i think fordahl motorsports could help you. they are in redmond. they do mods, etc.

i'm not sure if cantrell's does wheel/tire things, but you can always call colin at cantrell motorsports. jason, myself, and many 6speeders go to them. they are great!

Ok, so all of your lugs are off and the wheel isn't budging? Or is there a lug still stuck on there? Do you have hubcentric spacers?

e-mail me at mitchelrl@gmail.com or call me, 425.208.6666. We might be able to persuade this wheel to come off the hub without having to pay a company to do it for you =)

Thanks for the suggestions and the offers of help guys. I ended up taken the car to Speedware to get the wheel off and fix my tire. One wack of the mallet is all it took. I also saw PJs awesome track beast there - very nice!

They charged me, which was totally fair considering they were working on it for about an hour. At least I got to play COD4 in the waiting room
