I noticed that most of the responses are from the ladies. The boys are quiet....I wonder why that is? I'm guessing that most of us must have healthy prostates Nice find Mark.

Yes Todd I agree. I for one practice as much as possible. This keeps inner strength and peace.

I don't have the healthiest prostate but damn the doc says I don't have to start checking until 45 now.
