Holy Depreciation! Time to buy?
I have finally found and have the car I love and plan to drive it and enjoy it as much as I can for as long as I can. For you avid car collectors, it does appear to be a good time to buy. Buy Low, Sell High!
The fly has now became the spider?

Find me a nice 997 GT3 @75 and it will be in my garage.
Talk about depreciation...
2006 S65 AMG
MSRP $195K
SOLD $37K
2.5 year Depreciation: 158K
per month dep: $5,266

Now IS a good time to buy....if you don't have to sell in order to buy.

Yeah, let's hope that the AMG that I've been using to hold the driveway down get's a cheaper insurance premium to go with it's reduced value. Right about now even trading it in on something is horrendous. I didn't buy it thinking it would ever go up, but it sure it crazy to know that it's probably closer to $20K than $40K and it's two and a half years old.
it says priced for a quick sale and it has been up for a while...
2007 GT3 with CPO until 2013

that's the best example i've ever seen above. I've never understood the guys that buy those 180k benz knowing they sell for 100k in a year. it's odd to me. I don't know if it's because benz makes so many or because people dump them because they are in the shop all of the time.
That's absolutely not the case...I have three Benzes right now, have owned a total of 6. Never had any issues and they're certainly not maintenance heavy.
And yes, even the limited models depreciate.
Only your DTM holds value but i guess with only 100 made that will help

That's not the mainstream benz though and never will be.
