The search is over!
I just wanted to say thanks to all of you for your kind words, encouragement, and gentle ribbing (Larry).
I received an offer I couldn't refuse today from JP Morgan Private Wealth Management. My office is downtown (Seattle, not Gig Harbor Mark) and I start work August 24th. I'm glad I waited. I got precisely what I wanted, where I wanted it.
Thanks again to each of you that helped. I'm forever grateful that I have such wonderful friends.
and... No Mark, I'm not buying lunch. Not this time.

That's great news! Best of luck in your new career. You'll have to shine up the wing tips and dust off the three piece suits. Probably need to rethink your tie collection too.

Trevor.....awesome news. Awesome Awesome Awesome. On a side note I am SURE my ex wife needs a wealth management team but don't think she works with anyone not in Downtown Gig Harbor

Thanks for all of the well wishes. I'm very excited.
Since posting this my wife has also updated me with some good news. She was selected today for a Corporate Social Responsibility Role at her firm. She'll be moving to Uruguay in October and staying there for three months helping an entrepreneur. So we are both very excited today. Some days you wish would last forever. This is one of those days for us.
No Mark, this does not mean that since the adult in my house is out of town that you can throw a party at my place.
Since posting this my wife has also updated me with some good news. She was selected today for a Corporate Social Responsibility Role at her firm.
