Lunch in Shelton - New Race Track
Lunch in Shelton - New Race Track
All,
If you haven't been to downtown Shelton, April 6 at 10am is a great time to do so.
Please join me and the owner of the new race track going in in Shelton at the Shelton Courthouse at 10am on 6 April for the Special Use Permit hearing.
Following the hearing it would be great if we could all grab lunch somewhere together. Letting the restaurant know we are track supporters/users is encouraged.
It is likely best to plan on taking the afternoon off.
I suspect that there would be some interest in having lunch with Rod if possible so we are already working on that.
post RSVPs here!

I'm in for lunch, but not the hearing. Anyone interested in caravanning together from Seattle?

Same here...in for the lunch. I'd love to caravan down. Meet at the P&R off 405 just South of I-90? Any idea what time you guys would be meeting for lunch and where? We'll meet you guys there then.
Trevor, what is the scheduled time for lunch and where? Please post info so we can plan accordingly. JT, it should take a little over an hour to drive to Shelton. If lunch is at high noon, we should meet at the P&R at 10:30-10:45. Bring your 2-ways.
Yes!
I'll be at the hearing and then heading to lunch from there. Hearing is at 10.
If for some reason the hearing isn't over by noon, and I can slip out without disturbing the proceedings, I may slip out at noonish.
Does a noon lunch work for everyone? I haven't looked at venues yet.

Trevor,
There is talk among the other supporters that space for the hearing might be limited to 40-50 people and that it's a likely chance it'll be standing room only out into the hall and outside. If that's the case, I might just come down for lunch as well.
