A Giant Thanks to the Parking Thugs!

Thanks to my fellow Parking Thugs for getting us through three weekends of back-to-back event. You guys are the absolute best, completely selfless and always in good cheer, even when a couple of these people were complete jerks to you (you know who you are...and everyone else knows who you are). I can't thank you enough for all the support and dedication, week in and out.

You couldn't be a better bunch of guys and I never knew that parking cars and chattering on the radios could be that much fun. I go home exhausted then hours later I start to giggle about what I heard over the radio and what happened that day.

Thanks also to the photographers who make us look good (okay and sometimes silly) every week. A giant thanks to James, Jason, Nate, and Jonathan and all the others who take pictures and get them posted.

Estimated head count at Ste. Michelle was well over 2,000 people!

Your parking thugs are very cool and chill people

So I take it the event was a hit? Sounds that way.

Thanks, great event!

Ditto, everyone was great! It is always amazing that you guys make it look so easy. My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Winery and look forward for next years event (hopefully). I only had one instance of someone opening my door like it was their car, she seemed a bit shocked when I asked to only look and not touch.

Thank's again to the Thugs!

Ken

Yup it was.

On another note I saw you hauling your R33 down 405 on Saturday.

Thanks you, Ken for your kind words. It rarely, if ever happens that someone will open a door at E@RTC, but these more public events apparently are confusing to some spectators that somehow think these are dealer cars and just help themselves to the display cars. We'll make it a point in the future to inform spectators of the difference.

Hope the thugs can lend a hand at the BBQ later on this month. That would be a great help. Just don't take my wallet, I don't carry cash.

The parking staff is always cordial and attentive - a real asset to the event. Thank you all for your effort. Should you need a break, don't hesitate to post the opening. I'm sure many of us would gladly lend a hand to return the favor.

I'd like to say a big thank you to the rest of the owners and the exotic car community here in the Pac NW. This is the most open group of owners I've met. Everyone shares a passion for cars no matter what you own, drive, or in my case, photograph. Thanks for allowing me to share my passion for photographing these cars with you.

I've become really good friends with some of you and just wanted to say thanks.

Okay, enough with everyone expecting the Thugs to do all the heavy lifting at every event. We do enough with E@RTC. It's time we got others to help with things like the BBQ.

No expectations, just throwing it out there. Shouldn't be an issue at all.

Celebrity status has caused us to limit our public appearances. It is very important for everyone to realize we volunteer our time because we love cars and the people. So please come with the same attitude we have when you arrive. It would suck to be the first person we actually sent home because you cant play well with others.
