Reputable shop to use for PPI near Bellevue, WA?

Looking to purchase a Porsche 911 GT3 in the NW, but I am from Florida. So I would need to fly out, and then take the car to a local dealership or shop to have the car PPI'ed, with a compression and leak-down test.

Should I use the local Porsche Dealer there, or do you locals know of a good independent shop that can tell me whether the car is a good buy or a "leave it alone" deal?

Dealership is just outside Bellevue, WA.

Thanks Gents!

Porsche dealer in town is barrier Porsche and service manager is Jeff falconer - good
Indy shops - Cantrell Motorsports, gerber motorsports, Chris' German auto etc

I would say that Cantrell and gerber have their hands in more gt3s in the area than anyone else

Ppi

From what I understand most Porsche dealerships, including Barrier, do not perform PPI's anymore. I highly recommend Chris's German Auto and Cantrell Motorsports. Good luck with your purchase.

When I purchased my 993, I used Aker's Porsche in Seattle (about 10 miles from Bellevue). They did a very thorough PPI and were very helpful. http://www.akersporsche.com/

I have heard good things about Chris's in Bellevue http://www.chrisgerman.com/ and Redmond European in Redmond http://www.redmondeuropean.com/, but do not have any first hand experience with either.

Good luck with your PPI and hopeful purchase.

I have always had nothing but outstanding experiences with Chris' German.
