here what I originally posted "Any one interested in doing some driving this weekend?"

Now this actually might be one of the biggest meets this weekend. We are heading to OBI/Captree for propably the biggest OBI meet for this Season. We will be joing the ER guys in Freeport @ 8am then w will roll together to OBI.

NY and NJ people will all meet at the first rest area on the southern state parkway/ it's right after exir 13. to the right.
we will meet @ 7:15 am sharp leaving by 7:30 sharp.

Great. any thing in mind? if it is Sunday I would highly recommed a 7:30 run to Captree / OBI car show. it's gonna be huge this weekend. for Saturday i don't know but Iam open to driving anywhere pretty much.

it goes on every sunday almost all year long. all kind of cars usually american cars are their by 7 then euros and exotics start rolling in around 8:30.. Nice 4 mile stretch of road before the huge packed parking lot but this weekend I bet the cops are gonna be a bit up tight ..you know?

 

It's not really a show... more like a meet. You guys meet up somewhere in Brooklyn or Queens before heading to OBI? I havent been to Captree/OBI this year yet, but with the Labor Day Weekend coming up, that lot should be packed. Let me know if you end up going, I'll tag along.

I may be mistaken then, I guess 900Aero meant 7:30 am and not pm...

 

The guys from Exotic Rally will be there. Thinking about stopping by myself as live about 10 minutes away. Just FYI, I was there about 3 weeks ago, there was two Staties at the entrance to the parking lot and at about 9:00 the Town of Babylon Code Enforcement **** starting handing out parking tickets.
