I just picked up an Evoque Saturday, had a long talk with the salesman, (my neighbor) I think he was telling me straight when he explained the deal with thier horrible reliability in the past, Gov union issues were most of it, and Ford pretty much took care of that, but it was a long process, FYI the evoque motor is a ford eco-boost, not sure about the bigger ones though. I love it so far.

Yes.. I also have an '11 rrss and it has been perfect as well (I have now put 47k on it, bought brand new)..RR has definitely stepped up on reliability, we love them both.

We have the Range Rover Sport Supercharged and have been running it for two years without a single issue.

We recently picked up an Evoque. Beautiful car, white with the upgraded two tone tan interior. At first my wife wasn't sure. She thought she would miss the size and power of the SC Sport. A couple of days of driving the Evoque and she threw me the keys to the SC Sport and claimed the Evoque as hers.

I have to say it really is a fantastic car to drive and not really any more money than a good German wagon.

My daughter said it was like Marry Poppins purse. Small on the outside but impossibly huge inside.

The ride is great as are the seats and brakes. The steering is electric and it shows. It is agile and actually a little sporty. I love the feel of the wheel. Very Range Rover.

The engine works fine, but lacks a fantastic character.

The rear seats are roomy but very low relative to the sills. We had to get a higher car seat so my son would have a view (got a Clek. Just amazing tech in those)

Overall we are very impressed
