I have one as a DD now. I can't believe how refined and easy it is to drive. I'm even surprised at the power and the gas mileage. The tech stuff is off the hook and the finish is as good as any sedan.

Very nice! Thanks, I agree, I am blown away with this thing, the refinement is stellar and some of the technology is more advanced (audio, cameras, etc) than I have on my rrss!

I had a M6M before this and other than the power, this car has it all over the BMW. I really didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the 555HP with my new commute so I'd rather be tooling around at 55 or so in a better environment. It has also been a lot friendlier at the pump as well. This is my first RR so I am shooting for the same kind of quality and usability in the future. It may be to covert my family vehicle over also.

Nice! I see, yes the power is a little different than the M, lol but the mpg and quality is right on tap.

And yes I do have another range rover, a '11 sport supercharged and after over a year of ownership it is still as fast, refined and reliable as can be. My parents Also have one, they have the big hse 2010, and it has 60k on it without a probLem. Range rover has fixed all the air suspension and engine/gearbox issues with these new models with the 5.0l and forward and I Believe they build a very quality product now.

11charged Congrats to you and your wife on the new ride. Enjoy in the best of health.

I wasn't sold on the Evoque when it was first introduced (media pics, etc). espiecally since I'm a RRS fan, but after seeing 1 or 2 on the road I am.

The wife and I were driving down the freeway awhile back and we pulled up next to an Evoque. I was surprised by the road presence it has. It really stands out in a crowd.

The misses and I almost pulled the trigger on one this past weekend for her birthday. Reality set in 3 days later when we realized we needed and utilize more space than what it provided. We were so awed by it's design, quality, refinement, and the price offered that we almost forgot how it's size didn't fit our needs. Nice pick up though, i'm hoping to convince her for us to snag a RRS opposed to an x5d. Dang, 1st world problems.
