My second attempt at a time attack car. I had an '05 VIII MR as my daily driver, then came across a screaming deal on this IX so I bought it and sold the '05. Although my daily driver, I bought it modded enough to consider running Street AWD with it. Then I switched positions at work to something that required a truck so since it was not longer my daily, I decided to start a full Street AWD time attack build. I swapped in an AMS Performance 2.3L stroker motor, GT35R turbo kit, new coilovers, gutted the rear, etc. and then once it was all done I decided that I am going to sell it. The car is just now getting finished. It is in a shop right now getting new cams/valvetrain installed and dyno tuned, then its going up for sale. Just before it headed off to the shop I took all the sponsor stickers off, took the roll bar out, and put the stock interior back in.

Nice. My buddy Ryan has a blue X tuned by AMS and he is breaking time attack records all over the country with that thing. It is a blast to drive. Those little Evo's are impressive for sure.
