We've done a few Panamera Turbos thus far @ SharkWerks which we've shown before but not many S'. So here's a neat grey 2010 Panamera S project that came into us for a few TechArt parts.

The first task was to rid the car of those cumbersome shifter buttons in favor of real paddles:

The steering wheel is removed and the entire assembly taken apart, re-wired and the TechArt paddle shift kit installed.

Back inside the car:


No you've got one paddle for "up shifts" and one for "down" shifts- the way it should always be:

Ready to go in for her next phase (TechArt front and rear):

I know what you mean Dave. It was the same thing on my 2009 997S development car. I'd end up "palming" the button when braking lol...
I kept downshifting when I wanted up shift and vice versa. Glad to see that option though.
