Curious, why the bench flash for 996/7's but OBDII flashes for the Panny's?

 

Completely different ECU/hardware The 997.1TT's have the Bosch motronic vs Seimens....

Just wanted to update you fellas... We've been testing the EVOMSit software on the new 2011 Cayenne Turbo as well (Freds). Oh what fun it's been so far Initial testing today doing some Pbox 0-60 runs:

In stock form: Mostly 4.9 and one time a 4.8

With EVOMSit: 4.4

That's crazy for a heavy *** track with a FULL tank of gas and two of us inside

 

I do not think this is a OBD flash, but a hardware piggyback.

That's very reasonable. I think I will be getting one as well. I was thinking of the Techart one but sending the ECU out and pay $5K (if I recall) for just a flash is really ridiculous. I love the Techart products but I just couldn't do a flash for $5K.
