Once I figured out how the panels came off it took me all of 10 minutes to do each door.

So what's the secret? I have a rattle in my left driver's door, would love to be able to look in there and find the problem...

THANK YOU!

Door panels don't have to come off, you just have to pull the weatherstripping up, apply the felt, and put back in place. It takes ten minutes to do the whole car. I've had no issues ever since.

True.

To stop scratches buy 10 feet of moleskin from Tint Protector or the Universal kit.

You can then remove a couple screws in the door panel and simply pop it open. You don't have to remove it. You then pull out the weather stripping and apply the felt. Done.

I'm not sure how your guys pulled out the weather strip without popping open the door panel. Maybe they pulled back on the top of the door panel which let them pull the whole weather strip up and out. It seems it would be hard to reinstall that way though.

Just buy the Panamera anti scratch tint kit from Tint Protector. Easy and cheap fix. No vertical scratches that look like crap.

Worked for mine.

Tint Protector now makes a kit to stop the tint scratches. I posted this in another thread as well.

To properly tape that felt and make sure it doesn't lift, the gasket in the panamera needs to be removed. You can always do it while still in window frame, but having a clean surface on window gasket for the felt to adhere to is a little difficult. The rubber trim needs to be sanded, cleaned, and felt applied, trimmed, then re-installed back in the car.

Mainly the front windows as they are used more often.

We don't see too much issue with rear windows, but we do it anyway for client peace of mind.

Also, the tint's scratch resistance coating is very important. Cheaper tints will scratch more easy. So check with your installer.
