Just guessing... Hot (95F +), windows and/or sunroof open, car baking in the sun? Interior motion sensor seems to be a little sensitive.

My alarm goes off if the windows are just slightly cracked open and the sun roof is lifted, just the sunroof alone seems to work......ps: you can turn off the ultra sonic portion using the switch on the driver's pillar.
