painting sport design grill on Pan GTS

I personally dont like the black plastic look of the grill on the Pan GTS...I am sold on ordering a GTS in white, any opinions or pics from those who have painted the grill to match exterior color?? How do you think thia would look with the white pana?? Any opinions appreciated!

I have to agree. Why don't you order and see how you like it? You can always have it painted later if you really want.

+1

Wait and see it first. Keep in mind there are other areas of black trim (side skirts, door handles, lights etc) which coordinate very nicely with the black on the bumper. Will look awesome against the white!

I own a Pan S in Carrera White w/ white grill and ordered white paint in rear around the exhausts. I ordered it this way in April 2011. With the black PDLS light assemblies I think it looks good and makes it different from most Panameras out there. I will try to post a front and rear pic later this week when I have a few minutes....

I saw a white Turbo with Sport Design kit at lunch today with grill painted white, looked better than I expected. I would not do it, but it is very much a personal preference item.

If you are going to do it I would get it done by Porsche, it will be cheaper in the long run and hold up better and will be no hassle.

Hi Jon;

See attached, rained here so cars not clean, but it will do. I like the front grills painted and they are contrasted by the headlight assemblies. On the rear I chose the option to paint only around the exhausts, purposely leaving the black section between the exhausts. I think it makes the rear end look lower to the ground or wider maybe.

Only thing I might change out is wheels to a black matte finish, but I wanted the 19" wheels for the better ride.

Also attached a couple of interior pics. I went with full espresso leather and olive wood which I think looks outstanding together. There is a lot of grain in the wood.

I almost wish I would have waited for the GTS, but didn't know it was coming, but the "S" is fantastic, so i
I am sure you will love the GTS.

Let me know if any Qs, best regards, good luck!
