Retrofit burmester from bose

Just Purchased a Panamera that was somewhat peculiarly option out V6 unit. Topaz Metallic with Full dual tone leather inside with Air suspension, Color sport classic wheels etc.... List almost at 100k but got substantial discount. Although it was just about fully loaded it had Bose. It appears that the wiring is the same for the Bose and Burmester (maybe involve changing some pins in the connector if the connectors are the same) . Has anyone attempted to determine how difficult it would be to retrofit the Burmester. The parts cost are actually less then option from the factory and all the pieces fit in the same location except for the mids in the rear doors.

I already swapped out the piano black with the anthracite wood. It took about an hour and the kit cost less then the factory cost for the kit.

Also does anyone know whether the sport exhaust is available for the V6.

Appreciate any comments on the possibility.

Let me know if you figure this out. I've done a fair amount of searching with no luck.

How to remove the piano black trim? Did you DIY or did by expert?

I just heard that even if you replace all the components, Porsche won't release the programming for the Burmester. Sounds like buying a new car with the Burmester would be the easiest route...
