Whining Noise?

I've experienced it in a test drive, and I was just watching this YouTube video (Top Gear outtake) and noticed it around 1:00 mark. Is this what others are experiencing?

Would be interested in how many others have the same issue, as well as model and year. I have a 2013 Panamera GTS with this problem.
