Well that actually distorts the test results a bit, should have asked you that first, I thought you were bone stock just passing by your 2500 mile recommended vehicle break in period. The addition of the IPD plenum, the replacing the factory cats with 200 cell cats, and the resonator replacement with the X-pipe each will contribute to higher boost values and also help to hold more consistent boost across the rev range, especially on the top end. They are all great mods!

My PTT fluctuates A LOT between .9-.6. When I saw your post about the diverter valves I thought about upgrading, but if those other mods somehow fix it I would love to know the reasoning behind it.

I would highly recommend that you replace the BOV/diverter valves if they have not been replaced already as they are seriously prone to leaking! (Best mod under $300 you can get by the way!) The older your car gets the worst the OEM BOV/diverter valves will leak. Even on a stock car if the diverter valves are leaking this will cause significant power loss across the entire rev range due to reduced boost pressure being held at any given RPM.
The OEM catalytic converters are VERY restrictive! Replacing the 700 cell count OEM cats with 200 cell count aftermarket cats will eliminate this restriction while still maintaining the emissions control functionality. The primary benefit of the reduced restriction is that the turbos no longer have to work as hard in order to produce the same amount of boost pressure, which usually results an increase peak boost pressure of at least 1-2psi over whatever the maximum boost pressure was before. The turbo is also able to better effectively maintain a higher amount of boost pressure as a result of the reduced restriction resulting in additional horsepower and torque and more consistent (read less bouncing around) boost pressure being held all the way to redline. The downpipe with 200cell cats are definitely mods you want to do!
