PTT new stablemate for my 40th Anniversary 911
This week I took delivery of a '10 PTT as my new DD, and am thoroughly thrilled! She's crazy fast, handles amazingly, and has simply stunning good looks. Yachting Blue Metallic over Espresso full leather with tons of options, including PDCC, sports exhaust, sport chrono, ceramic brakes, Burmester, adaptive cruise, heated/ventilated F/R seats, Turbo IIs w/colored center caps, 4-zone A/C, etc., etc. It even has the factory painted key that matches the car's exterior paint! She joins my 40th Anniversary 911 in the garage. Just put on new Sottozero Serie II winter tires and ready to go. Thanks to the 6speed members who answered my questions about these terrific cars while I was hunting for the right one for me. Enjoy the pics.
PS - would appreciate suggestions about a front license plate bracket. Where I live we are supposed to have one but I can't bring myself to drill holes in the front bumper. I've looked at the ones that mechanically hide underneath the bumper and can be raised out front, but that would block the adaptive cruise control sensor. I'm also not wild about the off-set ones that attach to the tow hook. Other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Great looking car. you will surely enjoy it. have the same dilemma regarding the front license plate. I also bought the tow hook adaptor which is still sitting in my book shelf. I don't like the looks of it on the Panamera.
What I chose to do was not use a front plate, accepting that I might have to pay a fine (just have a convincing story in case you are stopped). Been 2 months now w/o issues. I do believe you will not be stopped for a missing front plate as a primary violation, and that the issue will only come up as a result of another violations (e.g. speeding) you may be stopped for.

good looking car...congrats. Curious, what'd she cost? Do you love the ceramic brakes? I thought long and hard about the Turbo, and finally settled on the GTS. No regrets, but would have loved to be able to say "Turbo" when people asked me what I drove.... :-)

I love your GTS, as I'm sure you do. I just had my heart set on a turbo. Both are incredible.
In terms of what I paid, fair question, but I'd prefer not to say. Hope you understand.

Thanks for the kind words everybody. Great to see that the Panny owners are such a friendly group!
She's off to get her clear bra tomorrow. Doing the front bumper, hood, front fenders, pillars, headlight lenses, fog light lenses and roof b/w top of windshield and front of sunroof.
