Are your heated seats warm enough?

My wife complains the heated seats in our 2011 Panamera Turbo aren't warm enough. For me and living in PA even in the winter, it is the lowest heat setting that I select; one bar out of three. She always selects the highest setting; three bars.
However after sitting in her passenger seat recently, I have to agree with her. The panamera seats don't get much past warm. To compare, our cayenne and her bmw are uncomfortably Extra Warm beyond my tolerance.

So today I take my PTT in the dealer for inspection and service. Service manager calls, and tells me they "measured the temperature with a thermometer, and they are within spec". I'm like okay. Then I drive their cayenne loaner home tonite, and put on the seat on the highest setting and feel the cayenne seats are WAY warmer.

What gives?

I had the same issue on my 2012 Panamera. I have ordered a new S E hybrid so will see if that is still the same.

We have a 2011 Panamera 4 and a 2013 Cayenne S. The Cayenne heated seats are definitely warmer than the Pan's. On the Cayenne I can't leave it at high setting for too long because it gets too hot.

My 14 Pan S seats are definitely not as warm/hot in the highest setting as our cayenne. The cayenne's seats are HOT, compared to the panny.

My 911 seats and Panamera seem about the same. I always put on the low setting at the most. Both are MY14.

Of course it normally is not as cold in Texas
