Exhaust Valve to bypass muffler for Panamera S

I recently bought a 2011 Panamera S in the UK without the sport exhaust system. From searching the forums I found that a simple way of having a better exhaust note is to keep the valve open by disconnecting a vacuum hose? I presumed I had this vacuum hose to disconnect since that the start up exhaust sound was much louder than idling. Does anyone know weather my panamera will have a valve/flap to open and if so, is it possible if I could get a picture or two locating this hose.

I don't think a non PSE has those values, right? This looks like a Porsche Performance Exhaust and a solution to bypass the console button. Has the OP tried this with a non PSE?

that's for the normal exhaust. it does have valves that can be opened by disconnecting the vacuum hose.

it's very simple to just reach down and pull the rubber hose off the nipple. when you don't want the extra rumble just reattach. don't even need to get under the car.

Tried it and for all non-turbo cars, the car will feel sloppier and slower as the back pressure is insufficient to make the car go fast. It feels louder especially on downshifts but it makes the car quite slow. Disconnecting the tubes are quite easy, so you all can give it a try. Turbo cars will not be affected as the building of back pressure takes place in the turbos. Not too sure there is a valve for non turbo and non pse cars.. Worth trying it, but I don't think it's worth doing it. Hope this helps

Definitely no valves or vacuum tube to disconnect on my 4s with standard exhaust.
