Radar detectors...
I have used many detectors over the years and back when I was married and had a shore house in Margate NJ, I had the Blinder Laser jamming system installed in the Range Rover I used to have and I have no idea whether it really worked but I never was pulled over once. I have a V1 in my convertible (I almost never turn it on), since I started using the Waze App, tells me where the trouble spots are. Funny thing is the only tickets I have gotten in he last 5 years were in suburban area ( going 31 in a 25mph, going 33 in a 25mph), that the damn speed limit changes 4 times on the same road. Local police love that since they will post themselves in the area in their town just when the limit changes, and they get you. From what I'm told they are not allowed to use radar in those areas (they use something else). I fought both tickets in court and won, even the officer admitted to me that the speed limit changes are confusing. Do these detectors and jammers work, I have no idea, but I think it depends on where you live, what roads you drive and how aggressively the speed limits are in forced.

I will concur that Waze lets you hide in the herd per se. Very good angle of dual approach to avoiding radar as well.
PACE, Primary(Jammer/Detector) Alternate(Waze) Contingent(Visual) Emergency (Just keep going.(we don't need no stinking fake challenge badges from our wives.)).
