Panamera breaks in two! Frame welds defective.
Wow, sorry to hear about the really bad experience. If that's what Porsche designed, it seems really shoddy/poor. I can understand why you're upset and why they might try to hide it.
For you other gentlemen, please take a step back. Not sure why you're at each others throats, but it seems like a case of Internet No-Contextitis. Not sure if there was previous history between you, but the responses seem a little out of proportion.

Wow!!
I am glad to hear you won, but after all the "life" wasted behind this case and on top of that not driving...is exhausting just to think about, let alone go/work through like you did!!
Even though you won I am sorry to hear of the aggravation that you went through.
Having gone through / worked through legal issues myself that was not even my fault and out right unfair, I feel your pain and can truly say GREAT JOB AND CONGRATS!!
Thanks
Bobby Ali

Did they ever pay?
I have to say I am not suprised. Porsche in my opinion is complete garbage. I own a 2008 CTT and have had nothing but problems. I would have sold it if it weren’t for constant issues and depreciation that is out of control (for good reason). I think half the reason people don’t want to discuss the issues is fear of depreciating their vehicles faster and the other half that spending 100k or more on a POS is embarrassing. I would list all the issues but no one has the time, including me.
2008
Your car is almost 10 years old!
Did you buy it new and did they not take care of warranty?
If you bought a ten year old car with no maintenance history, just because of the brand, Caveat Emptor.
I purchased a 3 year old Panamera, but made sure to buy 'after market warranty' for up to 100k miles. Warranty was $5k, and so far it is a wash, I had a few claims, so it is working out for me.
There is a reason you can't buy after market warranty on older cars.

Apologies

Pieter,
first, I would apologize for replying to your comment, I was merely trying to add to the discussion, but could not find a proper way without reply.
second, I purchased with 35k out of warranty and now has 82k. No extra warranties were purchased.
i have maintained the car fully and have had: massive coolant system failure, cardan shaft failure, steering rack failure, starter failure, multiple spark plug igniter failures, failed head liner and seat backs, plastic trim pieces falling off. I could go on. Do you consider that quality?
I guess a warranty and ODB II code reader is necessary for a POS car.
