New member question

Hey all,

Just traded in my M4 for a Panamera. I'm wondering if there is a way to permanently turn off the auto start/stop function. In the M4 once you clicked it off it was permanent but in the Panamera it seems as though it turns on overtime you get in the car.

Thanks!

Yes, if you hold down the @ looking button for about 3 seconds on the bottom righthand side of the center console, it will turn off the auto start stop feature.

It should. I turned mine off by doing so. If you run into a problem though it should be referenced in the owners manual.

Hate the hill decent feature. It can't be turned off.

My wife hates it. It has turned on once while I was driving. Really weird feeling.

But we love the Panamera over our ex BMW 750iL.

Same here, just hit the button and it lights up and always stays off, even when I turn the car on and off again.

Agreed on the hill hold function. I could do without that. First time it kicked in, I thought I broke my car!
