Yep, recall should take care of it free of charge, same as the loaner car.

Still waiting for mine.

 

The OP is in Hong Kong. There may not be a recall applicable there, and therefore, he needs a source for the bolts himself. I would recommend that he talk to his local Porsche center for the parts. There is no need to take a chance with critical parts like these.
