panamera entry & drive question

hey guys does anyone know about what happens with the panamera entry & drive if you are to leave the vehicle with the keys while it is in park?

if you get out of the vehicle and walk far enough away with the key in your pocket while its in park will the vehicle engine turn off? or will the engine remain on and someone can still drive it? i couldnt find many details on the entry and drive in the porsche manual

Try it and report back.

And let us know what year your car is. I wonder if it could vary by year.

Nothing happens except you can't lock the doors.

For safety reasons engine won't turn off by itself. More, the guy in the car won't be able to turn the engine off either. It happend to me at a valet parking.
