how fast was your oil consumption to the minimum level?

I've only had my car for about a month, and it hasn't moved from the full.

Are you monitoring oil consumption regularly? My friend has a 4S and he burns thru a quart every 700 miles and his SA claims it's normal for that engine. My PTT usually goes ~2,500 miles before the oil level monitor drops a single bar so it seems to vary widely depending on the model. If you don't have any leaks on your garage floor it could be simple operating consumption that's considered to be normal.

I haven't heard about too many AOS failures on the Panamera, but as a previous 996 owner it was a common failure item and not terribly expensive of a fix IIRC. Did you mention how many miles on the car? Good luck!

You will notice that the turbo versions of the car will go through most oil due to the - you guessed it, the turbos.
Amount varies, but if you stay reasonably within manual details, no need to worry. My PTT eats about a glass/250cc/1 square on display, every 1000 miles or so.

Another data point:

My 2014 4S. (3.0 L V-6 bi-turbo). uses .25 quart in 7,500 miles. (one bar on the display) in mostly freeway driving.
