Driver seat Memory setting not working

My PAN4 Driver seat memory setting is not working today. The setting can only remember the position of mirror and steering wheel. It does not remember the seat setting. I tried both keys, I see nothing move on my seat.

There is a fault in Driver Seat with Durametric. Unfortunately, there is not much information from Durametric except FAULT. Well, I have already scheduled a trip to Fremont Porsche dealer after the labor day. I will update what they find out. The car is still under warranty. Don’t know why memory setting is not working. I can move the seat back/forth, up/down with power, the motor is working at least.
Another thing to watch out ... Did you experience this issue before?

brought it to Porsche dealer today while I was around the neighborhood. Gunter the service manager was gladly to reset the Driver seat with Porsche computer. It is working now. He said that the Memory was confused with the near end and far end seat position. So they need to reboot the memory seat function. $0 Cost,1 hr of this ordeal on my saturday morning. Fremont Porsche is 1 mile near by Tesla factory.

Glad you got it fixed, especially at no cost. Is the rear position when you exit adjustable? Mine seems to back up only a couple of inches...

Yes, my 2016 PAN4 is exactly the same picture you have with PP+, and PASM. Glad, it is $0 cost and fixed. M1, and M2 retain the position of seat setting. M3 is programmed into the key as I set. I noticed the seat did not move backward when I shut the engine down and opened the door, steering wheel moving upward. My 2014 Cayenne, the seat moved backward few inches and steering wheel moving upward when exit or entry. The Pan is my wife car, I don't remember the seat moving backward. I will check it again tomorrow. I will ask the Service manager when I take my Cay in for service after labor day.

-Moved to up stop and held switch for two seconds.
