Drive the car in Sport+ mode on the highway and it will extend to full position at 55mph.

Sports + over 60mph then it detracts to regular position when you drop to 40mph 😊

PIWIS engineering mode can set spoiler activate and deactivate vehicle Speed,and position angle can set also.
I changed my spoiler activate at 100KM/H,deactivate 50KM/H,and first stage angle changed also.
In PIWIS engineering mode,found key words of ‘spoiler’ in rear BCM module,can found all menus
