970 Panamer TT boost question

I am hoping someone can help me out in reference to my 12 PTT, I have owned the car for about 4 months and the boost has always varied at higher RPMS. For example it will jump to about 1/.09 bars at the beginning of the RPM range, then drop to as low as .04 at the top of the gear. I have recently installed AP Y pipe and diverted valves hoping this would help the problem or is this just something in the program of the PTT. Would a tune from Vivid or FVD fix this problem? this is my first Porsche and not sure if this is a common thing with he PTT can some other owners chime in and tell me is this how there cars perform as well? I have viewed several videos online of the dash of PTT acceleration and all of them seem to do this. Thanks in advance to anyone that can shed some life on this issue.

Stock ECU programming I assume? The computer will regulate boost at higher RPM range to compensate foe the increased load & heat. This programming is a safeguard to avoid boost spikes and lean fuel conditions that lead to engine damage. (short version)

Thanks for the reply.
yes it is on the stock program.. would a tune keep the boost pressure more consistent?

Yes but there still will be a fluctuation. My PTT has GIAC software and although boost peaks then fluctuates -- it still has and holds higher PSI throughout the rev range.

Just doesn’t make sense all other turbo cars will reach target boost and hold, unless there is a leak even the 971 do this.
