Did you (or anyone) by chance replace engine mounts on the 970 with the updated ones? I have to sort out whether there is a requirement to replace the subframe when you replace the mounts. Getting conflicting information from dealer and others. It’s a $2,500 subframe, so not trivial for the pocketbook!

Thx

I've never heard of require to replace subframe as maintenance only. I'd ask for technical reasoning or call it bs.

I located these new, improved MOOG sway bar links P/N K750805 (for PDCC suspension) that have larger bushing area, as well as being polyurethane. My OEM versions were in the process of separation. They also have a Zerk fitting for future lubing - novel idea (yet, quite old indeed!)
