I looked at all the radiator diagrams but I cant seem to find one that looks similar. Thought it may be an oil cooler line but does not look the same. Goes into the bottom of the radiator on the drivers side and can't seem to find a part# on the hose. Anyone recognize it? It is leaking what looks to be oil, drips heavy when cold, then goes away as it comes to temp.

like previous posters have mentioned, indeed the power steering.

You also seem to be missing the clip that holds the pipes to the radiator housing, part number 970 106 471 00 "retainer oil cooler", about 2 bucks. Number 8 on the diagram.
