Warranty question. Car has CPO warranty. Please help

Hi all,
the car has certified warranty. CPO.
A month ago, when therthe car was at the dealership for warranty repairs, I noticed that the front door (driver) was ...sagging and hitting/scratching the rear door frame.
Car had no accidents.
After inspection, driver and passenger side have same issue. Driver side is much more noticeable.

Is it covered by Porsche warranty?
i am in Houston and dealerships west west Porsche Houston and Southwest Porsche are not very helpful....

Thank you

Thank you

The 2nd photo why is the molding bent upward, did you lift this or got hit and pull back?

This happened after the front door rubbing on the rear driver side door.
The driver door (Top Corner) is hitting the rear top corner door and after doing so, the rear trim door popped out...

What would cause the front door to sag? and is it covered by Porsche warranty?

Thank you

I would absolutely expect that to be covered under Porsche warranty, especially if it's happening on both sides of your car. What did the dealerships tell you? You might want to elevate this to PNA if you're not getting an appropriate response from your local dealers. They're gonna love that pic of the trim sticking out of your car. Good luck!

Thanks for your reply
Porsche West Houston said it is NOT covered by the CPO warranty, which is surprising....
So I called PNA and open a case...
PNA does not tell you if it is covered or not.

Did they jump your car over something and bend it? I cannot see another way both sets of doors would rub....

This was after getting the car back from southwest Porsche Houston.
at the time of the pick up , it was a scratch on the trim but then the front door kept hitting it and it snapped.
Car is at West Houston Porsche now, and they say warranty wont apply...
Why I did not get a clear reply yet.
I am going there at 4 pm today to get it back
