P0121- Missfire?

The most recent issue we are having is the car throws a P0121 (throttle position sensor) and a P01551 (manufacturer control), anyone ever get these? It has thrown it twice now, then goes away after pulling over, resting a few minutes and restarting. The engine is very hesitant on start up and feels like its limited, it will never idle below 1k rpm, and the 4 pictures of death comes up (Reduced Engine Power, Chassis Failure, PSM Failure, Start/Stop Disabled). It feels like something ignition related or maybe throttle body? I have searched through here and it does not seem anyone has had this code before (lucky me lol).

Texted my mechanic, he said it through the same code (but his scanner is just a tad better then mine) when he did the thermostat. It's a throttle body code, he tried cleaning and resetting but it obviously came back. Thank god for Bosch after market parts!!!
