Chassis system fault

Hi my name is Mick and I'm new here. I have a 4S MY2010 with PASM which has got the chassis system fault message in the MFD. I have a carpro and the fault is the rear acceleration sensor short to ground according to the faults stored in the LCM. Live data shows activity from the front L&R sensors but nothing from the rear. I have no idea where this sensor is located. have looked all around the rear subframe area and rear suspension but cannot see it. I know this sensor must be mounted directly to the body of the car as low and central as possible but still no joy.Can anyone shed some light on my problem? Thanks for any help you can offer.

So for anyone interested the rear accelerometer is located on the right wheel arch inside the car you need to remove the side trim from inside the hatchback, it is not clear from the parts catalog where it is mounted, Changed the part and all good.

Thank you for coming back and sharing. A year and a few months into ownership I had no clue...
