Radio Signal Problem when Headlights ON

The radio signal seems like interfered when I am listening to the radio, and the headlights comes ON. It will back to normal right away if I switch off the headlights...

The garage checked the whole PCM and the front panel wiring, no issue found. I am not sure if it related to the car cam which I installed months ago. I cannot recall exactly when this issue happen. But I did try to remove the car cam power wire but it didn't help.

Anyone knows what could be the issue?

If you replaced the bulbs with led’s be aware that led’s can cause serious rfi (aka noise)

Suggest you consult an audio installer as they will have experience diagnosing rf interference or noise on the positive buss. This could also be an alternator issue.
