Question Personalized Settings Not Saving 12.3" PCM

I have a 2022 Platinum Panamera with the 12.3" PCM. My personalized settings do not stay. I've had the interior ambient light dim settings and colors lost and set back to default, lost my favorites for the channels in SiriusXM, and the most regular/common is all my settings under the Audio Bose (Bass, Treble, Pilot, Surround Sound) regularly are lost and put back to default. Typically, after applying the settings, they will last a few days before they disappear and are set back to default. I was told that the newer cars do not save their personalized settings through the door key button but rather personalized settings in the PCM are saved in the cloud. (Side note: my car doesn't have a key button only a Set, 1, 2, and 3 on the door). I have confirmed my account is signed in to the PCM (my account name is displayed in the upper right-hand corner) but the personalized settings continue to return to default (the most regular being the Bose audio settings as previously mentioned).

As a process of elimination I did try saving my settings through the door by selecting the "set" button and then the number "1" and heard the confirmation tone; however the personalized audio settings still dropped. I tried rebooting the PCM and that didn't help either. The car is in the dealership now to get a PCM update (my car was just 1 update behind) but the dealership indicated that the release of the update didn't provide any description of the what the update changed/fixed. I'll know more once the update is complete to see if the situation is rectified but in the meantime, has anyone else come across this issue and found a resolution? Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm sorry you are having this trouble. I'm having the same trouble and it's aggravating as hell. I hope someone is able to offer some constructive ideas. I know I must be doing something wrong. I keep trying to save the settings on the door. Seems to hold for a few days.

My issues are with door unlocking, ambient light color, favorite channels.

What is the year/model of your Porsche and what PCM is in it? PCM 6?

I posted this post and have only received 1 reply...has anyone else experienced their personalized settings dropping from their PCM so I can get an idea if this is a common problem or not?

Sorry for the delay. My car is a 2021 Panamer 4 SE Hybrid Sports Turismo. I tried thumbing through the different screens in the car but can't seem to find one that says what the version of PCM is in it. Can you advise how I can find out? Thanks.

I was referring to others who haven't yet responded...but to answer your question, I had to do a google search on the topic.
