Under Engine Front Shield

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share my recent experience with my 970. I had to do some maintenance work, including an oil change and fixing the trans bushing, and while I was at it, I decided to order a new splash guard. The great thing was that it arrived pretty quickly via Fedex, and when I installed it, the holes matched up perfectly. It's a tad lighter than the OEM version, but it doesn't feel cheap at all. My old guard was seriously worn out after 10 years of use, so this was a much-needed upgrade. I also ordered some replacement bolts. Swapped out the front three and back two, and for the rest of the holes, I reused the screws. If your shield is all oil-soaked and beat-up, I highly recommend this one. It's a great deal for the price.
