D/FW drive this wknd?
Anyone down for this? Best times for me would be this friday or saturday night, but I'm flexible. We could meet up somewhere, have some coffee or a bite to eat, then do a little driving (sanely).
Alternatively, I'm sure daytimes will be better for some of you and if that is the case for the majority of us, then so be it.
Let's try to nail down a date/time asap so that we can tell friends who might be interested.

Here's my deal- while days are best for a quality drive (easier to see po-po during those moments of indiscretion), they can be busy (family commitments, work, etc), especially with only a few days' notice. That's why I proposed nights. With that in mind, I know Dario often works nights, and if the group strongly favored a daytime get together, I could make it work for me.
For a daytime drive, I was thinking we could get together late morning, have a light breakfast/brunch, and drive some of the back roads. For night time, it would be maybe meeting up at a Starbucks or an eatery, grab something, check out the cars, and hit some of the back roads. If we started drinking in any appreciable amount, we couldn't drive much.
Friday night would be great for me too, but we'd have to meet up at or a little after 7pm to let traffic subside. I think most of us are on the eastern side of the metroplex (Dallas/Plano/Richardson/Rockwall), and if this is true, we'll stay east of 35. If some are from west (Grapevine/Fort Worth. . .) we should meet up near D/FW airport.
Gimme a consensus on day/night (Seems like Friday night by the posts) and location (Seems like east) and I'll come up with some eating and driving options.

Well, the following weekend is no good for me, nor is Thanksgiving weekend, as I'm on call. However, I'm down for this weekend or any other weekends in Nov.
With short notice, maybe just a few of us will get out if we go this wknd. . .lemme know.

I'm out for this weekend as I have a heavy workload day and night ... I can do Friday nights (some) ... all day Saturday or all day Sundays .... I'm tired of these Dallas meets fizzling away into nothing ... We need a D-Pack

Those who are available, let's get together tonight, say around 7:30. Meet up at Boardwalk Porsche? Drive, chat, maybe grab a bite. Organize D-Pack, the new organization founded by the (in)famous Dario?
