I'm in. I used to take those roads to work about 6 months ago... it'll be cool to cruise through them again.

 

Hey you guys...996tts owner here...been running canyons in LA for over 5 years now... Places you can go for SURE with out cops...

As mentioned above... Piuma is a great run... Usually half way through Piuma u make a left that takes you to stunt then back down to muholland...its a full loop... me and my friends do it at night once a month....

Then there is Glendora Mountain Road... Thats located off of Azusa road out in Azusa...Just get off the free way and go towards the mountain... You will get to a fork in the road stay to the left... From there you will come up to an intersection where you can go over a bridge...make a right over the bridge...take that road a little futher and you will get to another fork...make a right...Thats Glendora Mount Road...AKA ... GMR... its the road that leads to mount baldy.. BEST DAM ROAD in Cali i feel... get your self a parking pass for the mountains at Big 5...costs 5 bucks.... then you can park all night long no problem.... Usually cops up there only give **** to civics...anything else...literally anything else...your okay....

Then there is Sand Canyon out in Canyon Country... thats usually a fun decent run... you can either take the 14 and get off sand or take the 118east to the 210 south and get off the first exit...then make a left at the light and another left at the first light and just head Straight... You should pass a seven eleven on your left after your second left...

I will say though be careful on Piuma...its somewhat got traffic and you really have no room for error if your going all out..

 

You guys should do a Temecula to Julian run or Temecula to Idlewild less cops lots of straights and twisties when ascending the mountains. Goodluck in your Malibu run.

 

I know these roads well, I ride them almost every weekend on my bike... I'd love to get together with a few fellow P-Car owners for a cruise. Keep me updated!

I would love to go, however this sunday I am going to willow springs raceway. I have to give the old turbo a live line after driving it in traffic. But let me know when you'll go again, I am always in.

 

We will probably end up going out to piuma rd. next sunday. Spread the word.!

 

Next weekend i am DOWN for sures... just PM where and when... I live in the SFV... Spread the word in the Porsche Turbo Forum... Lots of LA guys in there... Lets try and get a minor porsche meet going
